BTW, I also use one of those sprinkle watering cans to re-wet the hides, maybe once every week or two as they dry out.

Great news.
My hat is off to you, as are taking a lot of steps in making sure that your snake is well-cared for.
Recently I switched to cages (from glass tanks), and I am still trying to fine tune things. The cages seem a lot easier to use, and that is good as I plan to go from zero to at least 10 BRB's this year.
I think I will never stop trying to learn how I could better take care of my animals.

i hear you guys there im always looking for new things and ways to better look after all my animals.
i just use a spary bottle i have set to a very fine mist to spray down her enclosure and her hide box a lil, ive cut down on how much i spray and it seems to be working well.
