Bull Locality ?

mkper5 Jun 05, 2007 10:01 PM

How many different types are in Illinois(what are they). Are there normal bulls, just kankakee ect or more than 1 type? Thanks a lot...I hope to see some around my forest preserve.

Kankakee is a locality. It refers to the countyn and city in Illinois. Meaning that the bulls with that title are from that location.

I'm sure if you looked and the other end of the state or even in different elevations/ Habitats the pattern, size, temperment and behavior will be at least slightly different.

Kankakee locale bulls just happen to be the popular locality among collectors for illinois bulls.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, I was sure I had seen a lighter type in Grundy county.
