Used to have or still have? What happened to him?
Hard to see the tail in that pic but he doesn't look terribly thin from what I can see, if there were other symptoms (loose stools, lack of appetite, failure to thrive) a fecal wouldn't be a bad idea. Geckos can have low-level infection of worms if you have good cleanliness in the enclosure, so disease is not overt but they just don't get fat like they should. Crickets carry worms, so a yearly fecal and or round of panacur is a not a bad idea if you feed crix.
