what kind of roaches should i feed to a 3-4 months dragons?

I don't have bearded dragons but my friend does and I would say that you could use just about any roach as long as you choose small enough nymphs. I breed Blatta Lateralis and they're pretty small ~1 inch. I also breed Blaberus Craniifer/something else(discoidalis/fusca/parabolics, I don't know which one) hybrid roaches and they get to 3 inches on average.

Well at that age you still need to be careful not to feed you dragon anything with a hard shell. I would stay away from hissers for sure as for the dubia and orange heads I think you should be fine. Just make sure your feeding them the correct size and make sure they aren’t slamming there belly’s full of them until you know for sure there passing the shell’s. I like to use lobster’s or turks for my younger dragons. Both are very soft bodied. If your interested in getting some I do sell them and could help you out. Check out my site.
