can worms go away on their own?...

When I first got my girl last month I found out she had worms.I was going to order some medicine to get rid of the worms over the computer but I haven't seen any worms and she is gaining weight. I have kept the tank very clean. Could the worms just go away on their own without needing medicine? Thanks.

If I saw them, I would definitely either take to vet or deworm her myself. I use parazap ! But I seriously dont think after you have seen them, that they just vanish, they are there. Eve
