Has anyone read the article in August issue of Reptiles Magazine on Bill 1309 entitled "Texas Considering Snake Permits" Bill 2414 and bill 1309 are the rider bills to Bill 12. States in the article if enacted, bill will take effect September 1 2007. Does this mean that wording for 2414 will also take efffect September 1 2007? Clark
