how long does it take in a small ball? should they deficate regularly or just after there done digesting there food?

They have slow digestive systems. Mine defecate every 3-5 weeks, depending on how much and how often they eat.

ive been feeding 1 mouse hopper on mondays and one on fridays. ive only had this snake since last friday and it hasnt went yet i was just making sure it wasnt sick or something.
They generally only poop once a month... or even longer!

For the younger ones - which I am assuming you mean by small - mine usually feed once a week and poop once a week. As they get older that tapers off but the young ones are fairly regular.

ok i believe shes about 3 months old or close to. so if she doesnt go in the next week should i be worried?
I wouldnt worry. I have never had, nor can I really recall anyones Ball becoming impacted, except for a retained yolk mass in babies coming from the egg. Im sure its happened but it must be pretty rare.
You can tell when they are getting ready to go by looking at their belly, down by the vent. The tail area here becomes kind of swollen and you can almost see the stuff (sorry..kinda gross) inside below the belly scales. You can soak the in warm water for awhile and the usually go at this point.
