She started laying at 11-11:30 last night and just finished laying her fourth one. The eggs look very healthy. Is this how long they normaly take to lay??

No not normaly, All depends on the snake,
health, first lay, hydration, or a anxious owner, who keep disturbing the snake while she trying to push out her eggs.LOL;
I'd say around one hour per egg if everythings going right.

All of mine averaged about 20-30 minutes an egg.
