I woke up this morning and went to check on my gator and he has escaped from his cage. He must have crawled over the edge of the water land tub. he is my room which is also in the attic, ive looked around for him but it is quite cluttered with boxes. Has this happened to anyone else before, if so does anybody have any advice on how i can lure him out of where ever he may have ran off too???

Put a tub of water in the middle of the room, depending on the how high the walls of the tub are in provide a ramp for him to climb for he can get into the tub. Most likely you will find him there in the morning cause he will probally head there during the night. Also can try the heat lamp trick by putting a heat lamp pointed toward a area of the room and he will go there since it will be the hottest part.

I FOUND HIM!!!! All of my searching of the attic was useless, i was in the basement sleeping last night and woke up around 1am becuase i had put my hand below a couch and something scratched or bit me. Thinking it was just a dream i went back to sleep, a couple hours later i heard some noises around the same couch. I jumped up turned the light on and saw him run behind the couch. I caught him and put him in the shower for the night so this search would not have to happen again.

That was a funny story How big is he ?
