I found this little guy under a rock in Alum Rock st. park. Which is just outside san jose and san francisco california. Im leaning towards that it is a northern pacific rattle snake but i wanna know for sure.

Your picture is not visible to me, but if it's a Rattlesnake and you found it around the Bay Area in Northern California, it's a Northern Pacific. There is no other type of Rattlesnake native to that area.
Here is one from Saratoga, CA. They come in all colors. I have pics of brown common looking ones like this, but also green and tan and even green with tons of white.
