Rare Earth Inc.

Anyone familiar with these folks? I've heard a lot of good things about them, and have seen lots of ackies and dwarf monitors labeled as Rare Earth stock. Their site in under rennovation, so does anyone know when it will be back up? Also, I heard that they are getting out of monitors entirely, and focusing on knobtail geckos. I had always hoped for a kimberly rock or red ackie pair from them. Anyone have answers? Thanks a million!

Ryan

I'm definately posting here more often. This place is getting more fun by the day.

Hey Ryan, I bought some a group of Black Heads from them years ago and they were some of the best in the country! I know there has been some major changes with staff and all but I am sure they still offer quality animals but it doesnt hurt to inquire thats for sure! Good Luck, Jim Elliott

The original owner, Joe Lewis, sold most of the animals off here and there. The remaining animals, caging and the name were sold to Jason Kaline. Jason has since sold off just about everything he had and the name to another person. He may still be working with knobtails. From my communications with the new owner, he (the new owner) is still breeding the five species of dwarf monitors plus a couple others.
