is it ok to house males with females year round? more specifically oustaleti, verrucosus and lateralis.

Nope. Chams are just not suited to share living space. The size of the range we offer them in captivity is much too small for them to tolerate each other day after day. Even if they don't actually fight, they will stress each other by competing for basking space, for water, for food, and by simply seeing each other.
