I'm from Malta and i am a big herp lover, right now i own a Ball/Royal python, but i have a problem as in Malta we don not have any herp societies or herpetologists, Can someone give me some information how I can open a herp society on this small island

The easy way is to try and find people with similar interests. Pet Stores are a decent place to start (if there are any on Malta). You can ask owners of petstores, put up flyers in the stores, etc. to get interested people to contact you.

You could also contact some of the European Herp Societies to see if they know of any groups or people in Malta who participate in their societies.

Once you find interested people, get together and have a meeting to discuss forming a formal society. You don't need bylaws or membership dues or anything like that. Just see if you can get interested people involved first and it will evolve.
