it's for horses really, so you can pick up a big tube (horse) size at any horse/cattle feed place. It's popular stuff. But the doseage is what you have to watch out for! plus runny stool, could mean bacterial infection, not parasites. You might treat for the wrong thing. Take a stool sample to vet for an answer and meds.

Take a stool sample down to a Vet! Panacur is for the treatment of parasites like pinworms, but will not help other infections. Please... do not risk your Leopard Gecko's life by trying to diagnose a problem yourself!!!

Worms are only one thing that can cause runny stools and weight loss, it could be bacteria or protozoans. You need to have a vet do a fecal to diagnose the problem.
Also the paste is the wrong stuff, you need the liquid suspension. Your vet can give it to you. Even it it is worms, you need to learn how to admister and proper dosages. If your leo has lost significant weight you can't afford to just hope it's worms, a delay in correct treatment could cost your animal's life.
