Ahh......Thats pretty vague.
If you are having trouble with a gravity feed watering product or are building your own I can help. With your question I really don't know what direction you are going.
I myself used nipples from Bass Equipment for my set up and they work great in either a gravity or a pressured system.
Best of Luck

my bad !!!! id like try to build my own, sounds like a good idea for my set up. havent gota clue whereto begin. so any help would be appreciated.
I bought these valves.
http://www.bassequipment.com/Automatic Water Systems/PVC Ts, Valves/default.aspx
Went to the hardwar stor and got me some 3/16 rubber hose (black), tee's elbows and some brass 3/16" barb hose adapters for the valves to fit in. Might want to buy the valves first.
I also got the tank adapter, the brass adapters are also on this page as well as a bunch of other stuff if you just want to make one big order.

Basically I hooked the whole thing up to a 5 gallon bucket I filled once a day. Worked great.

Hey Jeremy! How's the youngun' doin'?
On the watering system, I think Todd will be using it bascially the same way I will, bucket method. We're both looking into what we need to build a relatvely small rack (75 or so rats for me). I posted a link to rack plans in the Burm forum, here's the link: Rat Rack Plans
I might adjust the size but stick with the basics of the plans, unless you see something that you think will be best if modified.
Connecting that tank connector to a 5-gal bucket; will I need any extra gaskets or gasket material or does it seal to the curve of the bucket good enough as it is?
We appreciate your expertise!
Catch ya later!

Mike, Trevor's doin great got his first tooth yesterday!
As for everyone else, all hatchlings are doin great.
That link is nearly exact to what I built years ago although I didn't use plans, LOL. My set up was far larger I had 7 stacks of 8 tubs each, at capacity I had nearly 400 rats. I would still breed if the summers weren't so hot and winter's not so cold. They need a conditioned enviroment with a lot of fresh cool air, my facility wasn't up to par with the conditions so I stopped breeding.
Anyways the 5 gal bucket will be perfect, you probably won't need to fill it ever day but I would at least check. Rats are weird about water. It comes with the gaskets you will need. In fact if I was you I would order it and 10' of hose 4 tees 5 nipples and fittings and just be done with it. Goes together really easy.
What I did with the niples is I used some 3/8" large washers between the nipple and adapter. These washers clamped on the hardware screen atop the tub. That way the nipple was always there.
I would also make sure the hose stays out of teeth reach!

P.S.
>will I need any extra gaskets or gasket material or does it >seal to the curve of the bucket good enough as it is?
The bucket will flex!

Glad to hear Trevor's doin' good. Ahh, the teething days.
Good news about the hatchlings, too.
I really appreciate the input and I will order everything from them, all in one shot, and be done with it. I like the washer idea, too.
I've got one more question; feed trays, did you use 1/2-inch square hardware cloth or something else? This is going to be the area that'll be the hardest on me. I've gotten softer with age to where I never could bring myself to making my rats eat thru wire. These last few years would've been a whole lot easier on me if I had.
Since I have rats, I was thinking that I might could use the 1/2 x 1 wire and it wouldn't be too bad. What's your take on this? Am I becoming a PETA extremist? LOL! I hope not!
Todd, thanks for the thread!
Catch ya'll later!

I used 1/2" hardware cloth they had no problems eating the lab chow. In fact any bigger and there might have been waste. As I think they enjoy empting the tray. Once they get a piece through they like to stash it for latter. LOL Enjoy

i appreciate yalls help on my last couple of threads. ive built me a couple of cages using those concrete tubs and built a top using screen and 1by's.they work great now in the process of putting my rack together. thanks alot
so basically all u do stick your bucket up higher than your lines then tee off to the water fitting hence (gravity feed) i believe i can make that work.
Yeah, Jeremy, like Todd said, I appreciate your help, a lot!
Once again you come thru like a clutch.
Good talkin' to ya again! BTW, did you see my thread in the Burm forum about a preemie from my burm's clutch?

Hey I do what I can, but your welcome just the same.
I glanced through your post quickly. So you let the mother incubate her own eggs? Curious.....
As far as the premy goes, a lot of times premies display very strange coloration due to the prematuration. Often this can get misconstrude as another morph tht it is not. So while it may be a morph or not, I can't say but the living young that hatch will defenetly tell the tall.
Lastly we all live through our learning curves I'm sure this was one for you.
Take care and good luck.
