I had to wait a day before I could even respond to it. That poor snake. It's really unfortunate that you didn't get to her just a little sooner. But it really doesn't seem as if there was anything you could have done, it happened so quick. In the picture you posted while she was still alive I noticed upon first glance that she had a very "expanded" look to her body where her heart would be. My first thought was that she might have advanced heart disease due to malnutrition and perhaps even to mass-medication practices prior to you recieving her. Whatever the cause, this is what it appears to be to me based on that picture.
