Yes she is special, she is a beautiful Colombian BCI....If you where hoping that she was some new morph that you could make a bunch of money off of, then no she is not special in that way...
I remember back when I first got into Herpetoculture, Back then a Beautiful, Healthy Colombian BCI like that WAS special...It was special no matter what...But its just a sad statement that unless a Boa is something that can't produce money (AKA morphs)then its not special...
I personally think that Colombian is special enough to warrant a larger enclosure, and better setup than the one pictured, I really hope she doesn't live in that enclosure picutred. Just because she is not some high end Boa doensn't mean she is not special.
Sorry for the let down, it sounded like you where hoping she was "worth money" special...But she is clean, nice saddles, and a beautiful Tail, very nice example of what a Beautiful Colombian BCI should look like...

this picture is from when i first picked her up from the local pet store she now setteled in a big 4x4x4 enclosure and all my reptiles to me are special but i wanted to ask because i seen many snakes like her being called circle back ladder tails
That's a very nice, normal Boa with delightfully symmetric saddles. Those of us who appreciate the natural appearance of "normal" Boas can easily say, "She's special."
Here is a circle back:
