ok, so im usually over on the snake and liz forums, i do have a russian tort. but a friend called today and said he found a box turtle in his yard, and my first thought was, cool, now let it go!! but i think he wants to keep it, any hints would be helpful, i run a rescue and dont want this thing in a few years half dead dumped on me. a link to a web site would help, or any advice. he actually spoke to my husband who only knows the russian and i know they are diffrent to keep. he is a smart guy and has had herps before, but i dont know enough about box turtles and really dont have the time to do a ton or research for him.
