Hi there! Appetite? No. Temperments? Some females during breeding season can act a bit skittish and defensive. This tends to occur with argentines (Reds and B&W's), however will vary with each individual species. Again, this however last approx 2 months and the females must be at breeding age.

Appearances? Only in adults, males will have larger jowels......traditionally that is. Some blues can have similar size jowels as females. Some say females may have duller colorations as well, however this is minimal and again varies with each individual regardless of species. Blue males will tend to be more bluish though than the females, being a paler blue/grey color.

Hope this helps!

Greg
