HELP!!!

pyroboas Jun 13, 2007 10:18 PM

ok hear it is. breeding pair of argentines both of age weight everything. do i cool them or do i not cool then. should i lessen the photo period, when can i breed them, i don't know anymore so many people and sources give me so much deffernt info i don't know up from down. I'm in central pa and right now my cage temps with out a heat source are peaking about 79-85 depending on the day and don't drop that much maybe 69-73ish. is it still to warm and do i have to wait for the "window of opertunity" or can i try and stimulate breeding another way any help would be great, thank you

i would say you've missed it from my book
but typically you would start to cool december for 8 weeks
and then warm up again about march or so

people have bred year round
but it seems only a few people are lucky enough to have mastered this system--
