Just wondering but are there ever going to be cabtive bred Croc Monitors? Does anyone here work with them or know anyone who is trying to breed them????????????????????????????

Hello Tony,
There are a few around periodically. FR hatched some babies as did Stan Chiras... Be prepared to pay a fair price for the investment that goes into producing these animals. Also, be prepared to maintain these animals properly(this is far more costly than most want to consider- and if you have the space, a Lacey is a far better investment). Best to you- Mike

Yeah, I was'nt thinking of getting any but I was just wondering if anyone here has bred any because if down the road I do decide to get some I'd like to get them as captive bred babies.

Would a greenhouse thing be a good idea to house them in? I'm talking about something with native plants, a misting system, and a heating and cooling system.
