Is my tank to small?

Now, I know if I have to even ask if its to small then its probably to small... But just wondered how much longer I could keep him in this tank?

Kinda hard to tell for sure from that pic. To me that looks like a 30-gal tank and a 10 - 12 inch beardie. Another month and its gonna start getting a bit cramped. 2 months will be pushing it.
