Game Warden Central-HB12

Is it feasible to establish several hotline numbers since Texas is such a big ass state with numerical codes (number=county), then another numerical code (1 to receive input-sightings, 2 to play) that provides herpers with real time game warden locations? Kind of a radar detector for Game Wardens. I tend to obey laws, but I won't be obeying this one.

Everyone that has a cell phone should keep in touch with each other if we're in the same area hunting and call or send a text message to the others when "harrassed" or if a warden is seen in the location. Question: if we're walking or cruising looking for bugs and we have a snake in our vehicle what happens when stopped by the warden? Can he take the animal and or write a ticket without being a witness to how we aquired it?

These are questions that a law enforcement official or an attorney should answer. These answers should become part of a KNOW YOUR RIGHTS UNDER HB12 link on the Alterna Page, and the OVERT intention of this page should be TO THWART ENFORCEMENT OF SECTION 44-HB12. Joe????

I'm not certain how to answer that. However, I plan to complecate the enforcement as much as possible.

I'd rather not post specifics on this forum since I know LE is lurking. I'd rather embarass them in court.
