The eggs had discoloration spots when they came out. They still have the spots and are not completely white they have a tint of yellow. Should they be fine??

it depends, post a pic for a better response.
Sometimes eggs have decalcified spots, these are nothing to worry about. Other types of spotting can be bad news.
