1st Man Get some Gloves!

Those maggots will start eating the good eggs once they're done with the bad ones if it hasn't begun already!

I suggest using a razor blade and cutting away at the bad eggs, cut closer to the bad eggs to avoid puncturing the good eggs...

I think you should separate the good eggs once you've cut away the bad eggs. It actually is very easy to separate stuck eggs, I do it as soon as the female is done laying but it can be done this far in, being very gentle, roll/peel the eggs apart

once you've removed the bad eggs and separated the good eggs (if you choose), dilute some mouthwash and clean off the good eggs.

Now you can start a fresh incubation box

good luck

I think it may depend upon the kind of fly.

In my case last year - maggots ate two dead eggs attached to a good egg and never went after the good egg.

I've heard that dental floss can be used to separate eggs. Never tried it, just something I read once.
