i have question about my incubator

modis123 Jun 16, 2007 06:06 PM

hello i am new here and i just began breeding leopard geckos, you see i have my incubator set up in my basement all set up and ready to go and waiting for eggs. but there is a problem once in a while maybe about once a month me, my dad and his friends play music in the basement and my dad has drum set that he plays when were jamming, does anyone think the drums being played would bother the babies in there eggs. the basement is nice and cool and ideal for an incubator. i also use the hovabator and i put it down in the basement to regulate the temps since the temperature in my room was pretty warm today. well thanks and i hope to hear an answer soon.

Loud noises will stress the hatchlings. Stress could cause them to drop their tail or even stop eating. I think it might be a better idea to become a garage band.
