New babies yesterday!

BillyBoy Jun 17, 2007 07:06 AM

First off big CONGRATS to everyone having litters this season! There have been some absolutely mind-blowing babies born this year! Thanks to you all for pushing the breeding/genetic envelope in Boa constricor!

My Mexican x Costa Rican added to the mix yesterday by producing 21 beautiful little babies (and one slug). Last year (her first litter) she had 15 live and one still. This year she did even better and delivered at 94 days POS. Here's one shot of the pile-o-babies and here's a link to some more.

I also included some shots of the one keeper from last year.

Checked out the pics. Looks like they have some nice color in them. As for your "help"...start them young and work them as long as you can.......lol.

Will post some pics when they shed. Although I didn't get as many tail stripes as last year, there's one or two that are really long as well as some really nice, bright red tails. I must say, for CA's this particular mix has some great color.
