Q about spot noses

what is the deal with them are they a morph???if so are they het for something?? i ask because one of my hatchlings has spots on each side of its nose just like the ones iv seen called spot nose..or is this just like the pied marker???? it came out of my mojave clutch 5 eggs 2 mojaves one didn't make it 2 normals and the spot nose

Many snakes have the side spots - the "Spotnose" has a large spot in the front of his nose. As well as a wicked cant miss head pattern.
