I just wanted to say thanks to Todd and Tim at Prehistoric Pets who took about 2 and a half hours out of their day to show me some awsome animals. Butters, Mojaves, Lessers, Platinums, Ivories, Super Mojaves, Genetic Stripes, Pinstripes, Cinnys, Super Cinnys. Thats just what I remember off the top of my head. They were even nice enough to show let me see a Super Sun Tiger Retic, sorry if I have the name wrong, anyways I believe it is the only one known. Awsome animals and thanks again.

i went to their shop to buy a spider once. they didnt want to show me anything... they didnt even want to show me the spider i wanted to buy...they were like "check the site, it looks the same." but finally i convinced patrick to bring it out he did and he also brought out a super mojave. he apologized for how i was treated but eh what can i do.

i have spent many hours in prehistoric's breeding facility every year the past 3 years negotiating deals and kicking tires, and have been shown hundreds of animals at the drop of a hat, even during unexpected visits when I was passing by, and can honestly say i am always blown away by how clean and pristine their cages, water dishes, and overall facility are.
Jay himself is incapable of opening a cage without removing any animal waste he might find on the occasion himself...even if his cleaning hands are only a few cages down working their way towards him. Everything I have purchased has been in flawless health. Never seen a mite ever, and i personally find it very hard if not impossible to believe anyone who says they picked up a snake from Patrick or Jay or any of the other super experienced crew there that was covered with mites...I mean...come on!
as far as them being slow to run the herds of window shoppers through their back rooms at times...yeah...i mean they got like over 1000 snakes back there and hundreds of people coming through the store a day and some people wonder why sometimes it might be difficult to cater to every whim and fancy of every tire kicker that comes through the door? How many of us would be comfortable having hundreds of people off the street tour the back rooms of our facility anytime they wanted? Can I come over and sift through your collection this afternoon?
The bottom line is, in my humble opinion, based on knowing them closely as a customer, and touring their facility numerous times: the whole organization over there at Prehistoric from the top down is as class an act as there is in reptiles period, and I would take Jay's word over just about anyone I know in the business.
Look at the sunfires I produced this year from animals I got from him!

because of this post here, and if they ship I will most likely be buying the next morph from prehistoric... they should thank you for such a review!!

they don't need to thank anyone....their long standing reputation all around the world speaks for itself better than anyone on this forum ever will.
