Sounds like you have a very nice little green anaconda Sean. Eating in shed in new surroundings and tame in shed are all good things. One thing I would not do is leave a live rodent unobserved with a snake. If not eaten the rodent can chew up a snake to the point of serious injury or death. The way your green is eating he should take warm frozen thawed with no problems.
I would switch to newspaper as that moist aspen will mold quickly and as that green grows larger keeping the cage clean will be a problem. Kelly Haller and Jud McClanahan keep their greens on newspaper and I follow their expert advice. I do agree with providing greens with only drinking water. Best of luck with your green anaconda.
