HEllo, I have a female russian tortoise and it is making noises from the nose. I'm not sure this is wheezing or not. I hope this is something normal and I was aondering if you would know. Thanks in advanced.

IS THE NASAL DISCHARGE CLEAR?
GREEN OR YELLOW ?
CLEAR IS VERY EASILY FIXED USUALLY JUST ISOLATE HER AND HEAT HER UP FOR A WEEK OR TWO
GREEN OR YELLOW SEEK A VET
BAYTRIL OR NOSE DROPS OR BOTH WILL BE NEEDED
I RECOMMEND SEEKING A QUALIFIED VET IF THE PROBLEM CONTINUES OR GETS WORSE
THIS IS OR WILL LEAD TO UPPER RESPERATORY PROBLEMS IF NOT DEALT WITH PROMPTLY
THIS CAN ALSO PASSED FROM ONE TORTOISE TO ANOTHER

i also have a female russian tortoise who makes noises from her nose, i think it is normal, something they do when they are scared/annoyed.
