especially in those communities that are taking economic hits. If tickets get thrown out across the board there won't be much point in enforcing that law.

Herping season: huting season is over, there are no lakes in W. TX other than Balmorrha, which probably has its own enforcement peopele, what else is there for the wardens to do? They are still on the payroll.
