Whats better vision or boaphile, boaphile wont rip a hole in my wallet but is vision better for humidity, and does boaphile work

either vision size: 48" W x 28" D x 18" H

...Both are good cages for Rainbow Boas. Many of us keep them in 36 inch cages. The Vision cages are 28 rather than 24 inches deep. I keep my smaller adults two to a cage in the 36 inch Visions and the larger adults two to a cage in 48x24x16 old style fiberglass lined mealmine cages.

Dave C. keeps his in 24? inch long cages that have some height and shelves in the cages which effectively adds floorspace for the snakes. I use inverted flowerpots as humid hides in my cages and the snakes are often up on top of them when out from hiding at night. I think 18 inches or taller is ideal.

I have Boaphile and am very happy with them. They seem to hold humidity great. I have a fairly large water dish over the heated area and a moss pit - per Dave Colling's specs (you can find out the details in previous posts). The moss pit provides for a very high humidity area and the rest of the cage is still within a good range for rainbow's.
