Couple of pretty 2005 imports...

Regiusco Jun 19, 2007 04:19 PM

We got these 2 as farmed imports back in 2005, they are both 2 years old, we have bred the male to normal Columbian female this year and he does seem to reproduce himself. It might be another year for the female but she's growing fast we may try her this season she's about 4 and half feet lond now.

The male,

The female, she's really clean looking

Thanks for the posting tips Randy,

Michael

Really cool, man!
Are they imports from Colombia?

Regiusco Jun 19, 2007 08:08 PM

Not to sure about their exact origins we did not import them ourselves, but were the third parties to receive them. We bought them via a local importer/wholeseller who got them up via a supplier in Florida. Not much but that's all we have,

Love the Look of the male. Very Nice female too. Reminds me of some of Summit Reptiles pastels. Chaz

impressive imports. Those two could pass for selectively bred boas anyday. That female is killer and the male has great color. The female puts most "pastels" to shame.

Thanks Phil,

They are both pretty interresting looking boas, and I agree with you that female ( Pastel ) we like to call her extreem is absolutely goerguous in our eyes. I will try to get more pictures of her especially after a shed, were hoping that if nothing else she simply compliments some of our other moprhs down the line.
