Still leagle to hunt cuts and collect invertebrates( centipede,Tarantula, scorpion) from roadways under HB12? No hunting licenese needed ? Clark

Correct,
Wild animal by TPWD definition = Terrestrial Vertebrate.
Invertebrates are not covered by Section 44 of HB 12. I'm sure they'll pass that next session.
