I have a 10ft retic that just finished shedding 2 weeks ago and is already shedding again, is this normal

depends on how much you're feeding- it seems pretty quick but we had a really skinny one come in and we slowly increased her food and then she shed 2 weeks apart two times in a row and then 3 weeks apart- then we slowed the food down.
similar case I guess- have you changed the food intake? how old is she?
