And here I was planning on moving to Tx in a couple years when I was done with grad school...Unless something happens next session with this bill, looks like I'll be looking elsewhere for residence....pity

At least you found out ahead of time. I went straight from herping down near big bend to signing a lease (officially setting in motion my move from AZ to TX) then an hour later I sign online and see all the posts about HB12. Wish I had seen that before hand. Oh well, if things don't change next session at least the lease is only for a year.
