For the record, the lucky herpers had permission to be on my private land at Luna Vista north hill.
Anyone wanting to herp Luna Vista should email me. Perhaps, I can open up a portion of my land. You'd have to park beside the highway and get on top of the cut on my tract (I only want folks on the interior of that tract if I am present). However any herps reported as found there are totally legal, even under HB12.
I hiked the enterior of my tract and found a Lep. I'll post details and pics this afternoon or evening.
