Pic is pretty dark, but it looks like a longnosed ratsnake.

This is a Philodryas baroni.
An argentinian colubrid.

It looks like Philodryas baroni to me.

I think they also come in brown as well as the normal green.

I also belive they have a serious bite, so be careful.
