. . . I wouldn't believe it, BUT:
I got my pair of beautiful WC miami corns in today from Dan Scolaro (thanks, Dan!) and because they are so young, thought I'd temporarily house them together.
The female is about a foot and a half long. Small thing. I'll be feeding her large pinkies to start off with. So what happens when I put her with the male (~two feet)? He tries to breed with her! He began the jerking movements, crawled on top of her, bit her to hang on, and was trying to line up with her!
Unbelievable. Has anyone ever accidentally bred corns this size? BTW, they're now and forever in separate containers, until I want eggs from them. He seems to dig her!
