hypo anery albino=snow?

caz223 Jun 21, 2007 08:19 PM

Thinking of who to get together next year. I have some snows, some sunglows some normals, a stray hypo, and no doubt some random mystery hets.
I bought some cool snakes at the GR show last december and am trying to figure out what I need to complete the set.
Two were called sno-glows. I assume they are sunglow, best case sunglow het anery. They certainly look like sunglows.
If I bred these to a pair of snows that would tell me the story, would it not?
If they were 'just' sunglows and I bred them to snows, I should get 100% albinos, all 100% het for anery and hypo, right?
But if they were sunglows het anery, it should be all sunglows, all het anery. Now I'm confused.
So, what is a snow-glow?
Anybody ever hear of one, and am I even close to correct in my guesses?
You guys are very informed, and I would appreciate any help you could throw my way.

Any my original question, obscured by my diarrhea of the mouth, is if I got a snow corn and I was unsure of it's genetics, is there any way to tell if it it hypo?
What does a hypo snow corn look like?

Amel will mask hypo, so the only way to find out if it is het hypo is by breeding trials.
