This is a good one.

It seems as though Herping roads and right of ways is not safe, or so says TP&WD as one of the major pushes behind the bogus TX C.S.HB 2414 that was attached to HB 12 as a rider.

Well they can't have it both ways. Either it isn't dangerous, or they are subjecting every single person in these frog surveys to danger. Which is it? You decide.

This is maybe a step or two ahead of where I am at in this game, but I just couldn't pass this one up.

I think this should be part of our safety argument. It is the safe method they recommended to begin with..

Yeah, this was one of the very first things I thought of a couple months ago. This law rules out frog watch and the horned lizard watch (don't forget that one).
