We need to start a pre paid legal fund for the 1st person that is cited, there are some issues for the courts to sort out. if we all paid 10 a month in just a couple of months we would have enough (with lots of perticipation of course) Like i said before this law does not directly effect me since i havent collected snakes in yrs, however i do hunt them alot but just with a camera. There are a few attorneys out there that will take the case. I will still hunt as ussually and will post what i find as well as where i will be out so the wardens will be able to find me and cite if they want, i will have no problems being the sacraficial lamb on this crap.
And to all the wardens and to little hittlerbran that is Mr. Tanks when you write out the ticket.
Lets raise some funds this will be at least entertaining and a learning experience.

Can you imagine 200 people starting at the river on Black Gap road flashlights in hand? No traffic and nice herps. We have to make sure we have at least one news reporter with us. Let's go herpin!
