Yes, being in a better environment and eating more could cause him to grow a bit. He is unlikely to grow significantly more, but what you'll probably see is a widening of his girth. Might just be the pictures (and my preference for portly pythons), but he still looks a bit skinny to me. How often/what are you feeding him?
In any case, the simple answer is yes, a little bit. Having the right heat and humidity will work absolute wonders on appetite and growth.
