Clean my cages and change my water bowls!!
As far as keeping track of shedding, feedings, pooping, etc. we use a spread sheet. They are put in a 3 ring binder and kept next to each rack. Sales, bills, etc. we use QuickBooks. Pretty easy to use and it will create monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly reports we can print and take to the accountant.
