Pieds? Has anyone ever....

joshuaamills Jun 22, 2007 08:02 AM

Has anyone ever produced a pied with a white head or face? I don't think I have ever seen one, so I was wandering if the genetics just don't work that way and they all have a normal or patterned head. If anyone has pics please share!

From what I've heard the genetics don't work that way. Pieds always have some kind of pattern on their head. Spider pieds are completely white with the spider pattern on their head, but I think that's the closest anyone's come with the pied genes. Another morph managed to get a partly white/patterned head, but I can't remember which one at the moment.

Are you talking about the Ivory with faded pattern on its head or the paradox black eyed leucistic with one side slightly patterened?

Either one! What matters is that neither of those are from pied genetics
