Red Nic Motley Update

TSKinc Jun 22, 2007 02:41 PM

I had the camera out working today and had to take some pictures of these boas. These are just so beautiful to see in person. Since we have several differnt ones I thought it would be nice to show them to everyone.

Above is a 2007 Red Nic Motley after its first shed. It was so cool to have another litter of these this season. The pattern on these is awesome. Waiting on the future to see what the super will be.

This is from the Black Nic Motley a year ago. This snake is looking real nice so far.

Now this is our joy from last season. What is it? We think it is a Ghost Motley Nic? But we are not sure on that as we have never seen anything like it before. We were hoping for another one this season but we did not get any. Had a large litter but still nothing this season from the same breeding. The father is the Red Nic Motley and the mother was a Hypo. Any feed back or thoughts of what this animal could be will be much appreciated. All I can say is I open this cage all the time to see it again and again.

Now this was our exciting day a week or so back. We had a Hypo Red Nic Motley in the litter. WOW!!!!!!! Look at that tail color. I must say these have really peaked my interest in the boas.
When ever I go into the shop I head to the boa cages to see if we have anymore litters. This is just the best time of the year having boa babies and ball python eggs hatching at the same time. Any ways Colette and I just wanted to show you what we have going on here right now.

I think your red motleys are breath taking I love everything that is going on in there pattern. As far as your "ghost" I think there is something more going on... If it was a ghost then is would look like a ghost with a motley pattern. This snakes look more like some people were mining granite and this little boa fell out with the granite. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for sharing Greg
