manual pipping?

josieradley Jun 23, 2007 04:33 AM

One of my clutch of Western Hognose eggs pipped 9 hours ago, but none of the others have pipped yet. Is it normal for this amount of time to elapse between eggs pipping, or is it likely to indicate that the others are dead? Should I manually pip the other eggs, or just leave them be?

Thanks in advance for any advice,

Jo
