Is this going to be a group legal fight (obviously the right citations have to be selected) from a collective legal fund as others on this forum have suggested? I think solidarity is important.

I understand that, but IN PRINCIPLE are WE, as a community, financely committed to stand behind each and every member of our community (for the most part-lol), to provide legal resources to challange each and every stinking citation. As I mentioned earlier, I think solidarity is VERY important.

... Legal Service of some kind, make that a part (even if it is optional) of membership dues.. That way we are pro-active on this type of thing. But in the mean time I would not have my feelings hurt if somebody came here and said they needed a hand hiring a legal defense.

If he is willing I will make the first duty of my new voice recorder to capture his testimony of the way that the warden handled his situation.

From what I heard the encounter was far from pretty or professional on the part of the warden. I cannot wait...

I am not sure what will be needed to help him out, but he needs to set up a legal reserve I want people to think about how much they might be able to help. Do not post any pledges here, just think about it for now... any pledges should be directly to this victim if they are needed at all.
