I've never been to texas.
I've never road hunted outside of california.
And I haven't been following the legislation that has recently gone into affect.
But I am interested. Could someone lay it out nice and clear for me?
Does that mean no-one can collect reptiles in any part of texas unless on private property? Or is it limited to road areas?
